The successful candidate leads in planning, developing, and directing the sales and coordinating all aspects of marketing the residential living residences of our Continuing Care Retirement Community!

 

Director of Sales and Marketing Benefits:

 

·       $80-95k base salary plus 15% annual bonus potential plus commissions

·       First year guaranteed income of $160k

·       Target base and commissions second year and on projected $180-200k

Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications:

 

·       Bachelor’s degree, specializing in marketing, is preferred

·       Minimum ten years’ experience working in marketing, preferably at a supervisory level

·       Must pass a criminal background check, and various other verification processes typical in this industry

·       Minimum 5 years running a department and similar time in sales or public relations

·       Experience dealing with clients in customer service business –Hospitality or Retirement living preferred

·       You are full of initiative and drive to lead in delivering first-class prospect and resident experiences
