Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Current or very recent experience in high-volume
  • Solid tenure — Consistent work history
  • 2+ years of General Manager experience
  • Upbeat personality — highly positive and able to coach
  • Great communication skills and professional appearance
  • Focusing on delivering fantastic food, great value, and amazing customer service
  • Experience with Catering is a plus but not required
