Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Holds Regional Manager Accountable for Cost controls, policies, and procedures
  • Creating and implementing tools to coach and develop the teams
  • Manage, and be able to assist with, the day-to-day operations if needed
  • Maintain Policies and procedures
  • Generate a P&L and a Declining Budget Monthly.
  • Control costs in all areas of the P&L.
  • Analyze P&L and cost items to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct Monthly P&L meetings for the Regional and GMs.
  • Communicate closely with the Founder and key members of the Executive Team

Restaurant Director of Operations Qualifications:

  • 3 years Experience as a Director of Operation in a Full-service Restaurant
  • Steady Tenure, showing growth in each role
  • Strong Financial Acumen, including analytical skills and budgeting, with proven results
  • Strong leadership and communication qualities
  • Be a true team player
  • Familiar with HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in Purchasing and contract negotiation
