Executive Sous Chef Benefits/Compensation

Executive Sous Chef Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • High volume catering/venue experience preferred
  • Design and maintain systems, recipes, and menus for quality, seasonality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Coordinate products and offerings with forage and farm partners
  • Collaborate with the catering director and sales team for timely and profitable events
  • Passion for cooking and creativity in culinary arts
