Our client seeks a Restaurant Controller to join their team. The Controller will lead a small team of accounting professionals and guide executive the leadership team in all matters relating to the financial operation of the company locations. A strong background in accounting and restaurants is a must.

Controller Benefits:

Controller Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Maximizes return on financial assets
  • Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances; proposing corrective actions
  • Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
  • Ensures that financial statements properly reflect all financial activity

Controller Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of previous experience managing up to $20M
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is required
  • CPA certification and/or MBA is highly desirable
