Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

– Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced restaurant setting

– Hands-on culinary skills and willingness to be actively involved in daily operations

– Background in casual dining and food delivery preferred (2+ years)

– Track record of stability with no more than 2 jobs in the last 4 years

– Proficient in executing P&L, team member scheduling, and ordering/inventory management
