Our high volume, upscale concept is looking for a hospitality professional to join our team as General Manager for our new restaurant opening. If you enjoy relationship-building with both staff and guests and have 3 years of General Manager experience in an upscale environment, please apply.

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in an upscale full-service restaurant General Manager role
  • Detail oriented with a goal to be play an integral role within a top-tier team
  • General business acumen
  • Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Strong tenure is important

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coach, train, develop, and mentor hourly and management staff
  • Budgeting, forecasting, full P&L responsibility
  • Successfully manage 7-10 million in annual revenue
  • Fully responsible for team performance, morale, and productivity
  • Maintain an overall vision of the brand and standards
