We are seeking a high-energy AGM-level Restaurant Manager to be part of our amazing team! Come grow with us!! Our ideal Restaurant Manager must possess exceptional leadership and training/development skills. 

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and direct team – set the bar high and never underdeliver – ongoing training is key
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
  • Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail 
  • Maintain amazing customer interaction and retention

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of current experience in a Full-service Casual or Fast Casual high-volume Restaurant Manager role
  • Scratch Kitchen experience is highly preferred in addition to strong Food Safety knowledge
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations and build relationships
