We are looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef with a proven track record of running multi-unit concepts. in a luxury hotel or resort. This opportunity offers tons of growth potential, a great work environment, and a progressive company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creation and development of a pastry program
  • Staffing, monitoring, oversite of quality control 
  • Ensure that all food preparation is per regulatory guidelines.
  • Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff regularly to upkeep brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years experience in a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel or resort
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong passion for the art of food design.
  • Culinary Degree or equivalent experience
  • Team player
