We are a litigation and business law firm in the Denver Tech Center seeking an enthusiastic Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. We offer a casual atmosphere, Monday-Friday schedule, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload in one or more of the following areas: civil litigation, construction defect, collections, or business owner disputes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
  • Draft and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings, hearings, and trials.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness.
  • Stay current on legal developments through continuing legal education (CLE) classes.
  • Participate in business development activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally recognized law school.
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, construction defect, collections, or business owner disputes.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A passion for the law and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Interest in developing a reputation for scholarship through publications (a plus).
