A General Manager is needed for a fast-growing, Fast-Casual restaurant.

General Manager Requirements:

  • Ability to drive sales through excellent operations while understanding and managing costs
  • Create a culture through leadership and actions to provide a great experience for employees and guests
  • Friendly, passionate, and approachable style
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – and set the pace!
  • 2 years of similar experience required in QSR | Fast Casual | Casual Dining Management

General Manager Compensation:

  • No crazy early-morning or late-night hours!
  • Strong compensation package

  • Attainable annual bonus up to $10K paid monthly
