Bar Operations Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities:

  • You should have 5+ years operations management experience – preferably within hospitality
  • You must have experience with yearly operations of at least $8M
  • You must have a coach and mentor mindset
  • You must have a positive mental attitude and strong work ethic
  • You must have critical thinking, solution-oriented mindset
  • You must be able to lead by example and hold the team accountable to standard SOP's
  • You will work with the bar, live entertainment and special events
  • You will oversee operations and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
  • You will lead and coach a team of 8 Managers
