Groundbreaking construction company is looking to hire a dynamic, committed Construction Superintendent (Commercial) to lead a motivated and skilled team.

 

Construction Superintendent (Commercial) Requirements:

·       Demonstrated experience in cradle to grave Commercial Ground-up builds

·       Strong construction building codes, regs, methods, techniques and materials

·       Ability to manage both multiple projects and teams simultaneously and seamlessly

·       OSHA30 certification required, Blue Card a huge plus

·       Procore or Sage production management software experience

Construction Superintendent (Commercial) Responsibilities:

·       Create, maintain and manage detailed project schedules

·       Track progress, analyze performance concerns and delays and implement solutions

·       Monitor all work to ensure high quality standards are achieved

·       Collaborate in generating budgets, control expenses and suggest cost saving measures

·       Address crew issues, scheduling challenges and non-compliance concerns

Construction Superintendent (Commercial) Benefits:
