We are seeking passionate and upbeat Restaurant General Managers to help build and lead our team. If you are someone who pays attention to detail, works shoulder to shoulder, and loves to build the morale of the team in every way possible, we would love to talk.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • A proven track record of building sales, people development, and community interaction
  • Must have a strong P & L background
  • Manage the business with an ownership mentality, make decisions
  • Maintain corporate standards for food quality and service
  • Lead the business day to day in all aspects of the operation

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 5 years in a GM role (no more than 3 months out of position)
  • Strong tenure, no job hoppers
  • History of professional progression
  • Drug screen & background check
