Litigation Attorney – Healthcare Law Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials
  • CA bar admission.
  • 1-4 years of experience in healthcare law preferred.
  • Strong interest in health law and policy.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare law and litigation matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and appeals.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
