leading national healthcare law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to remotely join its Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego office. The Litigation Associate will have a primary focus on litigation in state and federal court, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations. Remote Litigation Associate Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare law and litigation matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and appeals.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
  • Admission to the State Bar in California
  • Experience in litigation, with a focus on healthcare law.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Superior writing, advocacy, and communication skills.
  • Experience with clerkship will be viewed favorably.
