Our client is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from inception to completion. The most qualified applicants will have at least five years experience managing projects over $1m, and a detailed project list to complement their resume.

Commercial Construction Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $85-$110k
  • Health and Dental Insurance, plus a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) option

Commercial Construction Project Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or a closely related discipline
  • At least five years in commercial project management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Thorough understanding of construction project lifecycles and scopes

Commercial Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial construction projects according to scope
  • Develop project deliverables
  • Mitigate and manage risk associated with projects
  • Ensure safety and quality on all job sites
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies
  • Compile and present project status to stakeholders
