Board Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon wanted for an established clinic in a quiet Midwest community. Partnership opportunity with a family friendly environment that is looking to add to and expand its practice. Location is close to Purdue University and runs along the banks of the Wabash River.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent patient care within the clinic as well as the local hospital settings

· Collaborate with services within the community to provide excellent services and community relationships

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Requirements:

· Preferred Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon or ability to become Board Certified within 1 year.

· 3rd & 4th year Oral Surgeon Residents to be considered

· Indiana State Licensed DDS or DMD

· ADEX Exam – CDCA (NERB) Certification

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Compensation and Benefits:

· Generous yearly compensation of $400,000, so you can focus on patients

· Moving expenses paid up to $10,000
