Inside Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead revenue growth initiatives in alignment with company objectives
  • Provide coaching on effective questioning, active listening, and problem-solving techniques
  • Educate the team on our systems, identifying efficiencies, and minimizing errors
  • Track productivity metrics, ensure quality standards, and deliver constructive feedback
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for enhanced team performance

Inside Sales Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a two-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Additional education in sales, communication, marketing, or general business is advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in sales for at least three years
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and adeptness with PC applications
