We are looking for qualified candidates with General Manager experience leading outstanding front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house teams in an upscale, casual setting.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily Front-of-the-House and Back-of-the-House restaurant operations
  • Mentor and develop your team
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team

Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
