A leading real estate firm specializing in commercial properties, serving clients across Florida. Ideal Candidates will have a self-driven mindset and a true desire to learn the healthcare real estate industry.

Commercial Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients and properties in the commercial real estate market
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate property values, competition, and trends
  • Represent clients in lease negotiations, sales transactions, and property acquisitions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders

Commercial Real Estate Agent Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based compensation model
  • 3+ years of successful business expansion and customer relationship development
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Active real estate license

Commercial Real Estate Agent Compensation & Benefits:

  • 1099 / Individual Contractor
  • Work-life balance
  • Year 1 average earnings $50k
  • Year 2 average earnings of $100k+ with year 3 average of $200k+
