A prestigious firm is looking to add a Tax and International Law Associate Attorney to its practice group. We're seeking a talented and motivated associate to join our growing practice in our Miami office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer to develop a rewarding career in a dynamic and expanding team.

Tax and International Law Associate Attorney Benefits:

  • Salary between $175-185K
  • Healthcare / PTO / 401K
  • CLE renewal

Tax and International Law Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on domestic and international tax planning and consulting matters
  • Assist with tax compliance and reporting for individual and corporate clients
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including memoranda and briefs
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date on current tax laws and regulations

Tax and International Law Associate Attorney Qualifications:

  • J.D. degree required
  • LL.M. in Taxation or CPA license
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in domestic and international tax planning and consulting, within a law firm or the tax department of an accounting firm
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Significant coursework in international tax
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are a plus
