We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our concessions team for all the sports venues on the property. You will support and provide assistance to the director and drive an amazing culture. This is an opportunity to join a great team with amazing culture.

Assistant Catering Manager Responsibilities:

  • Executes events as needed, ensuring the high-profile customer is satisfied
  • Leads daily operations of the catering team
  • Ensures all safety regulations are followed
  • Manages inventory and other financial statements required
  • Leads pre-service meetings for all events
  • Trains staff on standards and procedures

Assistant Catering Manager Requirements:

  • Associates Degree (preferred) in food service or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume food service
  • Preferable background in upscale, catering, banquet, or resort operation
  • Experience with vendor purchasing and inventory programs
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Able to drive a commercial truck
  • Able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts (typically 50 hours/week)
