Our client, a forward-thinking insurance agency is looking to add a Producer to its growing organization.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new sales through referral sources, cross-selling, and responding to incoming requests
• Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers they represent
• Maintain follow-up on outstanding orders and correspondence

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

• Active P&C license
• Previous sales experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:

• Starting salary while growing your book of business
• Commission
• Healthcare insurance
• 401K + match
