Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily Front-of-the-House operations with the General Manager
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction – make it great!
  • Support high-level staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and morale
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a similar leadership position in full-service restaurants – show progression in your career
  • Positive, upbeat attitude – we have fun!
  • Ability to develop and grow team members
  • Strong communication and organization skills
