We are looking for a polished luxury spa leader to join our team as the General Manager in an exciting area with a beautiful venue!

You will need to be a creative self-starter that can manage a large team, collaborate and multitask and be a brand ambassador in the community.

General Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 5 years of experience in like position, managing a team of 50+
  • Accountable for the profitability and growth of the location
  • Creating an annual budget and forecasting & managing monthly P&L
  • Maintain brand and service standards
  • Recruit, mentor and develop staff providing clear goals and regular coaching luxury
  • Collaborate with all departments and corporate office and contribute to company initiatives & projects
