Our client is looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor to oversee the operations teams in those areas. This person will have strong leadership and innovation abilities, along with the experience and understanding of how to ensure operational efficiency while still delivering a superior customer experience.

2nd Shift Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor Requirements:

  • BA or equivalent years of experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a B-C distribution environment
  • Experience shipping and/or receiving domestic and international orders
  • High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
  • Experience working with SAP (ERP system)
  • Experience working with FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and/or third-party logistics partners

2nd Shift Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000
