Executive Chef Benefits:

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in upscale or fine-dining establishments, ideally aligning with our concept.
  • A strong work ethic and a history of success in managing high-volume upscale scratch kitchens.
  • Proficiency in P&L management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to excellence.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a scratch-kitchen environment as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
  • Certification in ServSafe Management.
  • Capacity to thrive in high-volume settings while maintaining unwavering commitment to culinary excellence.
  • A relentless drive for continuous improvement and achievement.
