We are looking for a Plant Controller to oversee two facilities in relation to day to-day processes, including inventory and cost accounting, as well as budgeting and reporting.

 

Plant Controller Responsibilities:

-Work with Operations leadership including plant management to address root causes of variances and recommend solutions

-Participate in development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

-Develop and maintain inventory cost standards for materials, labor and overhead

-Collaborate with Operations management to define and improve key inventory performance metrics

-Prepare and record journal entries in SAP with appropriate support

Plant Controller Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA a plus)

-8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a (process) manufacturing environment

-Experience in a multi-site manufacturing company

-High level proficiency with Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
