Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate project-specific workforce and vendor participation goals into the project work plan
  • Assist in estimating labor production, materials, and equipment
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment, rentals, tools, services, and associated costs
  • Manage bid materials scope, such as concrete, rebar, etc.
  • Effectively handle change orders, purchase orders, RFIs, etc.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Possess a two or four-year degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Preferably have 5 years of relevant experience or be open to training for the right candidate
  • Proficiency in Estimating (Sage/Timberline) and scheduling
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and trust with external stakeholders, such as Owners, design firms, and subcontractors
  • Strong collaboration, communication, writing, and computer skills
