Commercial Kitchen Maintenance Technician

As a Commercial Kitchen Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in this mission by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing equipment. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing our customers' food service operations, equipment reliability, and overall profitability.

Responsibilities of Commercial Kitchen Maintenance Technician:

  • Deliver comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, ware-washing, and other specialized food service equipment.
  • Utilize your mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to provide exceptional service to all customers in your assigned area.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers as necessary to facilitate diagnoses and identify required parts.
  • Generate accurate and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reports, receipts, and truck stock inventory.

Requirements of Commercial Kitchen Maintenance Technician:

  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or HVAC.
  • Willingness and ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
  • Possession of relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (e.g., EPA/CFESA).
  • Prior experience in commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment repair is preferred.
