We are looking for a quality-driven, high-energy kitchen leader for a trendy breakfast / lunch concept. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and freshest ingredients are prepared to company standards and executed consistently in a clean, fun environment. You will work side by side with your teams to deliver an exceptional experience, one guest and team member at a time.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Experience as a Kitchen Manager in a scratch kitchen preferred
  • Very hands-on working role
  • Must be able to work weekends & holidays as required
  • Possess a passion for developing teams by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
  • Experience with inventory management, food ordering, and food cost accountability
