We are a growing company looking to hire a Sous Chef for one of our well-known upscale restaurants! We are looking for someone who is passionate about a team environment and thrives in a high-volume, scratch kitchen. Seafood experience is a plus

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Training and developing team members
  • Be the go-to BOH person, following the Executive Chef
  • Lead by example
  • Calm under pressure

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a similar role in a scratch kitchen environment
  • High volume experience
  • Upscale background preferred
