Bakery General Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager, including hiring and training responsibilities
  • Expertise with managing controllable expenses, P+L management, labor schedule optimization
  • Prior New Restaurant Opening experience
  • Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
  • A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
