Our client, a fast growing insurance company, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their new office in Ft. Myers!

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Cross sell applicable coverage to new and existing customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Ability to work in friendly fast paced environment

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales
  • Applied EPIC experience required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience
  • Must be licensed in Property and Casualty

Account Manager Benefits:

  • Base Salary of $50,000
