Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a full-service Restaurant Management role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual to the upscale-casual environment 
  • SOLID TENURE – 3- 5 years in each role
  • Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and uphold restaurant standards
  • Some experience in the BOH
  • High level of passion for developing people and WOWing guests

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and direct the team – set the bar high and never underdeliver
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable – integrity and respect are priorities
  • Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the business
  • Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail 
  • Focus with the team on creating great guest experiences every time
  • Keep operations running smoothly in the restaurant environment
