Seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO), for a CONTRACT position!

Play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and spearheading strategic initiatives to propel the company's growth trajectory.

COO Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute long-term strategic plans that capitalize on market opportunities and drive competitive advantage.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and cost management to maximize ROI and financial sustainability.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership and manage diverse business operations with the goal of sustainable growth
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Strategic Scaling and Growth: Lead the strategic planning and execution to scale the company through its critical growth phases from Series A to Series D

COO Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, Ivy League preferred
  • MBA required
  • Experience with Start-ups required
  • Experience with Luxury Brands preferred
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior operational leadership role, B2B & B2C
  • Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic execution
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and resource management
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
