Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Experience as Food and Beverage Director managing $10M in revenue
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • High level of knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
  • Contract and vendor negotiation and excellent purchasing experience
  • Progressive, servant-leader style of leadership with employee empowerment
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a strong understanding of industry trends and direction
  • Contribute vision, ideas, and direction to the Executive Committee
  • Ensure flawless and efficient service in every food and beverage outlet and banquets
