This is a great opportunity to join a successful team of an established restaurant group seeking an enthusiastic Floor Manager. This is the chance for an eager person with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our ideal candidate has a polished personality and a passion for authentic scratch cuisine and craft cocktails and for creating memorable dining experiences for our loyal and new guests.

Restaurant Dining Room Manager's Responsibilities:  

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Maintaining high levels of hospitality, service, and being a consistent leader
  • Support the restaurant team to execute day-to-day operations with enthusiasm
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing others
  • Be a role model and follow all systems and policies
  • Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations 

Restaurant Dining Room Manager's Requirements:

  • 2+ years high volume upscale Full-Service Restaurant Leadership experience
  • High energy, takes initiative and has a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent work ethic, systems-oriented, and drive to succeed 
  • Passionate about food and beverage in upscale dining scratch kitchens
  • Must be passionate about cleanliness and safety
  • Open to working days, nights, and weekends
