We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Manager for our casual restaurant for a luxury resort hotel. Previous experience in a high-volume full-service or luxury hotel is necessary. Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in a team-leading or management role and overseeding front services
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a full-service or luxury hotel with progressive and logical career progression
  • Experience in full-service restaurants with a sales volume of at least $12M
  • Experience in resorts and multi-unit operations necessary or very high volume restaurant

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of overseeing the outlet including staffing, payroll, scheduling, and training
  • Coaching team members and promoting departmental cohesion 
  • Prepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standards
  • Guest service and supervision of outlet to the highest standards
  • Budgeting, marketing, and promoting the restaurants

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

  • Base salary of $65,000-75,000
  • 10 flex days off, plus PTO, and sick days
