We are looking for a sharp, up-and-coming leader. If you are looking for a company that is growing and will give you endless potential and upward mobility, then you have found it. Servant leadership is a must, as is the ability to handle a Front of House and a Back of House leadership role on any given day.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3 years as a salaried general manager with solid tenure and upward movement
- Hands-on manager willing to work side-by-side with the team
- Be comfortable with both kitchen and guest interactions
- Strong bar knowledge is also a must for this group
