We are looking for a Senior Accounting professional who can help support our growing business by ensuring that all of our employees are properly paid and our financial information is accurately maintained. Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

  • All payroll functions
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Post journal entries to Quickbooks
  • Receive and post invoices
  • Bank reconciliation and end-of-month closing of books
  • Create on-demand reports in Quickbooks

Senior Accountant Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of tax rules and regulations, including payroll tax, sales tax laws
  • Knowledge of unemployment rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software; Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with financial reporting and understanding profit and loss forms
  • 2 year post-secondary degree or previous experience
