Senior Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• High energy with a lead by example attitude
• Developing the team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
• Support the team in providing an exceptional guest experience
• Hands-on leadership approach
• A minimum of 2+ years in a full service restaurant
