Civil Engineer Benefits and Compensation:
- $65-90k salary with discretionary annual profit-sharing bonuses.

Civil Engineer Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota or North Dakota EIT
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 1+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop and support design concepts, ensuring timely plan preparation.
- Support preparation of technical reports, and contract documents.
- Conduct site visits to observe construction activities or perform inspections
- Support business development operations through industry functions and client presentations.
