Front Office Benefits:

  • Salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, plus bonus

Front Office Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Director in a 600+ room hotel
  • Strong employee and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends

Front Office Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front office operations
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure exceptional service
  • Conduct staff training, manage inter-department communications, and create staff schedules
  • Develop short and long-term plans for front office operations
