Human Resources Administrator Qualifications:

  • At least 2-years of experience in an HR support role within a restaurant environment
  • Experience processing W2's, I-9's and other onboarding paperwork
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The capacity to uphold confidentiality, and exhibit professionalism and integrity
  • Self-starter who can hit the ground running
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
