Our client is looking for their next Restaurant Manager for this high volume full-service restaurant serving dinner only.

Restaurant Manager Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Understands excellent service and the culture of hospitality and wine
  • Guide a team to execute a high level of service at every position consistently
  • Lead by example, be proactive, positive and continue to cultivate our company culture
  • Passionate about food, beverage, service, and hospitality
  • Possesses excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

Restaurant Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Train the front of house team according to standards and ensure FOH maintains standards
  • Staff schedule, payroll procedures, and monthly inventory
  • Manage reservation system to maximize seating
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all restaurant and service/storage areas
  • Liaison between the front of the house and back of the house
  • Act as the primary contact with guests in the dining room

Restaurant Manager Job Benefits:
