We are seeking a Beverage Manager for a new, modern, unique, fine-dining Israeli restaurant in the heart of West Palm Beach. If you enjoy leading teams and have a passion for serving outstanding cuisine and creating guest memorable guest experiences through food, this opportunity is for you!

Beverage Manager Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Kosher products and service standards
  • Fine dining background and experience with large volume restaurants and events
  • NRO Experience is a PLUS!
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop their team
  • Steady tenures

Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all Kosher standards
  • Always working to improve bar offerings and operations
  • Lead the bar team in everyday operations
  • Responsible for beverage costs and bar labor
  • Collaborate with the team on events and plan wine dinners
