Restaurant Manager Responsibilty:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, scheduling and profitability

Restaurant Manager Experience:

  • Five years of expertise in an upscale environment
  • Demonstrated track record of managing sales volumes exceeding $8 million, showcasing adeptness in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability within upscale dining environments
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Able to inspire and motivate staff to consistently deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant's standards.
  • Genuine passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
