We are seeking a talented, polished, upbeat Assistant General Manager to help run our high-volume fine dining concept. If you have a successful track record in polished/fine dining, a great eye for detail, and love to build the morale of the team in every way possible, we would love to talk.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of management experience in high-volume, fine/polished dining
  • Experience managing upscale restaurants with annual sales of at least $6,000,000
  • Good tenure
  • A passion for the restaurant business, pleasing guests, and developing people

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:

  • A proven track record of building sales, people development, and community interaction
  • The ability to hire, train, develop, and retain a top-notch staff
  • The ability to drive sales, control costs, and hit profitability goals
